Psychotherapy Expert in New York City
Changes in our lives can produce stressful
reactions. I assist my clients to navigate these changes, and work with them so that they emerge stronger. I help my clients
to clarify their goals, challenge them to make their goals happen and support them so they can stay at their course to success.
My approach as psychotherapist is practical and solution-focused while emphasizing SOLVING PROBLEMS and REACHING GOALS. I see therapy as
a process for CHANGE rather than merely an exercise in insight. I utilize a pragmatic, RESULTS oriented, integrative approach, which is rooted in
my many years of experience as psychotherapist, coach and high level business executive in Fortune 500 Company.
